Rachel brings over a decade of experience as the top sales agent and listing partner on one of the largest real estate teams in the Chattanooga/Northwest Georgia area. Her high energy and enthusiasm for real estate shine through in every transaction, where she prioritizes long-term relationships over quick sales. With a background in nursing (BSN from UAH), Rachel’s experience as an ER nurse instilled patience, focus, and a drive to help others. These skills translate seamlessly into her real estate career, where she is known for her dedication and attention to detail. Rachel, her husband Bob, and their three sons call Ooltewah home.

Wendi Stott

Wendi started her real estate career in 2003 after a successful 12-year career in banking and finance. As the top buyers agent for 8 years on one of the area's largest real estate teams, Wendi’s understanding of the market, coupled with her financial acumen, has helped countless families navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. She is known for her strategic negotiation skills and her professionalism in handling transactions of all sizes. Wendi holds a BA in Communications and English from the University of Tennessee, and her clients frequently return to her, knowing they are in capable hands. Wendi also resides in Ooltewah, where she continues to serve the community she loves.

Francesca Bragg
Director of Operations
Francesca was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. She graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Marketing. She has been an integral part of Bruner Stott Realtors Team since July 2020, serving as the Director of Operations. In this role, Francesca wears many hats, from managing client relations, overseeing every transaction to planning events and handling all social media presence. Francesca’s diverse skills and heartfelt dedication help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, contributing to the positive environment that fosters the team’s ongoing growth and connection.
