She is high-energy and has a passion for real estate in Chattanooga. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her clients are undeniable. To Rachel, real estate is about building long-term relationships. Originally from Middle TN, Rachel graduated from UAH with a BSN. Before her real estate career, she was an ER nurse for 7 years. These experiences have molded Rachel into a patient, focus-driven individual who will put her skills to work for you. She and her husband, Bob, live in Ooltewah with their three sons.

Wendi was the top buyers agent on one of the largest real estate teams in the Chattanooga/NW Georgia area for 8 years. Since that time, she has brought countless families dreams to fruition with strategic negotiating skills and thorough knowledge and study of the market coupled with a unique understanding of financial situations. Her professionalism in transactions both big and small is a hallmark of her reputation and she is honored that a large portion of her business is comprised of repeat clients and enthusiastic referrals. Wendi holds a BA in Communications and English from the University of Tennessee and resides in Ootlewah.
